Agreement

By installing or using Webellio Restock Alerts ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Webellio Restock Alerts is operated under the WebEllio brand. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Service description

The App provides back-in-stock notification features for Shopify merchants, including a theme app block, subscriber management, and automated restock emails.

Pricing

The App is currently offered at no charge. We do not guarantee that the App will remain free in the future. If paid plans are introduced, they will be billed through Shopify's official billing mechanisms and merchants will be notified before charges apply.

Merchant responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws when collecting customer email addresses
• Provide accurate privacy disclosures and obtain any legally required customer notices or consent before collecting storefront sign-ups
• Configure email sender settings responsibly and only send restock alerts to subscribers who opted in
• Maintain a valid Shopify store and required API permissions
• Use the App only for lawful purposes related to your Shopify store

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive communications
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the App, its infrastructure, or other merchants' data
• Misrepresent your identity, store, or the purpose of restock alert emails
• Use the App in violation of Shopify's terms, policies, or applicable law

Service availability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be affected by Shopify platform outages, email delivery failures, hosting or infrastructure issues, internet connectivity, or other network or third-party failures outside our control.

Uninstall and termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Uninstalling may trigger Shopify privacy webhooks and App cleanup processes, including deletion of OAuth sessions and, when applicable, shop-associated app data after Shopify sends a shop/redact webhook.

We may suspend or discontinue access to the App if these terms are violated or if continued operation is no longer feasible. See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling on uninstall.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebEllio disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebEllio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App, including missed sales, email delivery failures, inventory timing issues, or loss of data or profits.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
